The @WelshLabour Government are giving social care workers a one-off payment of £500 in recognition of their hard work in exceptional circumstances. It would be a disgrace if the UK Tory Government taxes this payment. Sign the petition here: welshlabour.wales/let-our-carers… https://t.co/kRhX4dJyWl
Classic deflection from Jacob Rees-Mogg when I asked him why he will not allow MPs who are shielding for health reasons to proxy vote. Anyone would think the Government wants this voting shambles to take place to distract from Cummings and their poor handling of this crisis. https://t.co/YmkmkQDj5Q
RT @KevinBrennanMP: Dominic Cummings has form on covering up visits to places he shouldn’t be – I asked this Commons question about his visits to the Education Department after being forced to resign as Gove’s Advisor in 2014 and signing in under the name Osama Bin Laden (I am not making this up). https://t.co/urVgRaEoP1
RT @Jord_Turner12: Then another question from @KevinBrennanMP which again is avoided - trying to protect against fraud which is understandable however you can’t then say “no one will be left behind” which is to be @RishiSunak @BorisJohnson some are left behind or no one? Can’t have both !!!
I support the #FairShareForArtists campaign to protect the livelihoods of visual artists affected by Covid-19. It is vital the government act now to save an industry which contributes so much to the UK. We have the second largest art market in the world. fairshareforartists.org/support-the-ca… https://t.co/00vaNpzHoy
Some right-wing Tory MPs are still trying to intimidate the independent Electoral Commission just because they had the nerve to enforce the law and fine Vote Leave. Isn't this type of behavior more in the tradition of the politicians of Zimbabwe than Britain? https://t.co/FeKDfIwlsT
The Welsh Government/Creative Wales’ Grassroots Music Relief Fund (GMRF) has now allocated of total of £401,551.39 to 22 grassroots music businesses across Wales to help during the COVID-19 outbreak. The UK government really should be replicating this: wales.com/creative-wales
