@Broonjunior @L__Macfarlane @williamnhutton There are other elements of problematic, value destroying takeovers that should be illegal, such as a purchaser financing it by loading debt onto the aquired firm, which can lead to a spiral of decline as the firm's assets are liquidated and extracted as income by the purchaser.
