Ged Killen (UKMPs) tweeted :

It has been widely reported in the media that the People’s Palace and Winter Gardens are to close ‘indefinitely’ and people are rightly concerned. I realise the SNP don’t like to be held to account but that is the job of opposition, Mhairi.

Ged Killen (UKMPs) replied to @tullythedhog :

@tullythedhog I’m campaigning for a People’s Vote, but I’m also an MP regularly dealing with serious issues on behalf of people in dire circumstances because of the policies of this Government. It is a miserable government and if an opportunity presents itself to get rid of them, I’ll take it.

Ged Killen (UKMPs) replied to @nigel__w :

@nigel__w UK Labour has voted in favour of a people’s vote on Brexit several times

@MsmKsm @PChidambaram_IN @suhasinih But for now implement NYAY scheme or putting money into people’s pocket will be the savior. Hiring labor is a uphill task at a crisis like this!

We’re excited to be investing in this new programme with @unisouthampton to increase people’s confidence in technologies like robotics and automated cars that could transform our everyday lives ukri.org/news/hub-to-le…

Have written to the Older People’s Commissioner for Wales @talkolderpeople asking what action she is taking in response to Mr Drakeford’s statement that there is ”no value“ in testing residents of Welsh care homes for COVI-19.

I’ve been reading people’s stories of #Parkinson’s this @WorldParkinsons Day. I’d you know 66 people, chances are you know someone affected by Parkinson’s. Visit the map of stories at bit.ly/2xmKmJF and make sure you #KnowParkinsons https://t.co/8DI21FnyDY

In my view, we should not worry about growth now. The focus should be on saving people’s lives whatever it takes. That is why I am appalled that the government has not yet announced FAP II after the miserly and disastrous FAP of 25th March.
